Learn practical tools for carers to support the mental health recovery of the person you care for, while navigating the ups and downs.A 2–hour, free workshop for mental health carers. Mental health recovery has its ups and downs. So how do you help your person without feeling overwhelmed? This session will give you simple, practical tools to feel more confident in supporting the person you care for on their recovery journey – to regain some wellbeing. You’ll walk away with: a clearer understanding of what mental health recovery means simple ways to navigate setbacks. Join us to learn how to support recovery while taking care of your own wellbeing. This session is designed specifically for family members, kin, young carers, friends and other individuals who support someone experiencing mental ill-health. We are a Queensland-based service.
