Recording information centrally can save retelling information over and over and ensure accurate details about a person’s history, needs and supports are maintained.It is designed specifically for family members, kin, young carers, friends and other individuals who support someone experiencing mental ill-health. We are a Queensland-based service.

Communicating with the Person you Support (Online)
The workshop provides carers with communication skills to build a strong and respectful relationship with the person they support.The workshop provides carers with an opportunity to increase their awareness of how people communicate and what skills are needed at different times to build a strong and respectful relationship with the person they support. A range of communication strategies will be explored to build carers confidence and skills and assist them to improve relationships now and in the future.
