This workshop shares practical tips to help support ourselves and others through the often stressful end-of-year period.

The end of the year can be a stressful and emotional time. This workshop involves sharing stories, tips and tricks and exploring situations together to support ourselves and others through this time.

This information session is designed specifically for family members, kin, young carers, friends and other individuals who support someone experiencing mental ill-health. We are a Queensland-based service.

This session will be held on Microsoft Teams.
