Borderline Personality Disorder Family Connections - 12 Week Program is a free, 12-week course that meets weekly for two hours to provide education, skills training, and support for people who are in a relationship with someone who has Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
Practical Tools for Carers workshop provides carers with practical resources and information to assist people at different points in their caring journey. This includes understanding mental health supports, terminology, tips for communicating with clinicians, developing a stay well committee and knowing where to go for information and supports.
This Workshop: Creating and Maintaining Healthy Personal Boundaries is designed specifically for people who care for a friend or family member with mental health needs. We need boundaries to protect us, put us in charge of our own lives, promote health relationships, independence and reduce stress and conflict. In this workshop we will look at what boundaries are and how and when to practice steps to set personal boundaries.

The Communication Skills Workshop provides mental health carers with an opportunity to increase their awareness of how people communicate and what skills are needed at different times. It also discusses what skills are needed with different relationships eg with the person you care for, other family members, clinicians. A range of communication strategies will be explored to build carer's confidence and skills which will assist them to improve relationships now and in the future.
