Our Inala Carer Support Group offers a supportive environment where people have the opportunity to talk about their feelings, help explore alternative ways of coping, offer support to other group members, or to simply listen and observe. Support groups are also a valuable means of informing carers of Arafmi services and resources that are available to assist their caring role.

Borderline Personality Disorder Family Connections – 12 Week Program
Borderline Personality Disorder Family Connections - 12 Week Program is a free, 12-week course that meets weekly for two hours to provide education, skills training, and support for people who are in a relationship with someone who has Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
Caboolture Carer Support Group
Fourth Thursday of each month 10am - 12 noon.
