A young carer is anyone up to 25 years old who provide unpaid care and support to a family member or friend with a disability, a physical or mental illness, a substance dependency, or who is aged. Join our online young carer groups every Monday from 4pm – 5pm! Relax and connect with other young carers while you learn a new skill, have fun or simply chat!

Support groups are also a valuable means of informing carers of Arafmi services and resources that are available to assist their caring role.
