    Supporting someone with mental health needs? Connect online with others and make positive changes. Caring for someone with mental health challenges can be difficult and challenging at times but you don’t need to do this alone. You are invited to join our Carer Facilitator for a series of 6 in online support groups designed specifically for mental health carers. Over 6 weeks you will: Connect with other carers who “get it” Reflect on your caring role and what you need Explore changes that could be made Build hope and a sense of community Be supported in your caring role and more… These groups will give you an opportunity to have some time out for you, reflect on your caring role and your needs and build connection and confidence. If you are interested reserve a spot on the link and we will be in contact to finalise your registration. You don’t need to be registered with Carer Gateway or Arafmi to reserve a spot.
