A free two-day , in person workshop to learn skills to support yourself and others through emotional distressThursday 30 July 10:00am – 4:00pm and Friday 31 July 10:00am – 4:00pmAre you supporting friends, family or community members experiencing mental ill-health?Register your interest for a free 2-day, in person workshop to learn skills to support yourself and others through emotional distress. Participants must attend both days.Please note: Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) doesn’t guarantee a spot in the workshop. All EOIs will be reviewed, and carers will be notified in about the outcome.Emotional CPR (eCPR) training teaches people to support themselves and others through an emotional crisis by utilising three simple steps of connecting, empowering, and revitalising. eCPR training is for everyone. People who use eCPR report that it becomes a way of life and strengthens their relationships with family, friends, co-workers, ourselves and the world.You’ll Receive:certificate of completion as an eCPR practitioner (12 hours)eCPR resource workbookopportunity for ongoing connection and training through Arafmi.Interactive training workshop.
