For anyone providing unpaid emotional or practical care to family or friends experiencing mental health challenges, Out and About is a free monthly event where you can step away from everyday demands, take a breath, and focus on your own wellbeing in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Join us for an intriguing exploration of Brisbane’s history, told through the eyes of a wide variety of people, generations and places. You’ll learn fascinating things about Brisbane and its diverse history, and afterwards we’ll relax and enjoy a coffee together.
