Maybe you stepped into this role suddenly, or maybe it changed over time. Things might feel stable right now, or you could be facing new challenges. Workshop: The Caregivers Journey This workshop will explore the caregiver’s journey, and offer an opportunity to discuss caregiver experiences, discover practical strategies and resources and connect with others with similar experiences. When: 1:00pm–3:00pm, Tuesday 7 April 2026 In this group, you will: • Share your caring experiences • Connect with other caregivers with similar experiences. • Learn practical self-care and self-compassion strategies and explore the services available to support you.
