But looking after yourself is just as important.In this free workshop, we’ll explore what self-care really means, why it matters and how to build simple habits that fit into your life. You’ll reflect on what works for you and what gets in the way of looking after yourself. Join us for a relaxing stroll through the Brisbane City precinct, guided by one of Brisbane City Councils walking tour guides, where you’ll hear about Brisbane and its colourful history. You’ll learn fascinating and interesting things about Brisbane and its intriguing penal colony past, and afterwards we’ll relax and enjoy a coffee together.
