Create a simple summary with the consent of the person you support that can be used for health appointments.1-hour, free, online information session for mental health carers.Do you have to repeat the same details about the person you support every time you meet a new clinician or service provider? A personal and portable summary can make your life easier.In this free session, you'll learn how to create a simple, adaptable document to keep track of important information—like medical history, medications, key contacts and support needs—so you don’t have to start from scratch every time. Inner Brisbane Carer Support Group
Our Inner Brisbane Carer Support Group provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, explore alternative coping strategies, support other group members, or simply listen and observe.
