Participants must attend both days.Emotional CPR (eCPR) teaches people to support themselves and others through an emotional crisis by utilising three simple steps of connecting, empowering, and revitalising. Emotional CPR training is for everyone. People who use eCPR report that it becomes a way of life and strengthens their relationships with family, friends, co-workers, self and community members.You’ll Receive:Lunch and snacks on each dayCertificate of completion as an eCPR practitioner (12 hours)eCPR resource workbookOpportunity for ongoing connection and training through ArafmiA gift bagInteractive training workshopNo role plays 😂Neurodivergent and inclusive environment
