The Complaints about a Health Services session will explore the avenue service users, carers, family members and friends have at their disposal.

Our Support Groups offer a supportive environment where people have the opportunity to talk about their feelings, help explore alternative ways of coping, offer support to other group members, or to simply listen and observe. Support groups are also a valuable means of informing carers of Arafmi services and resources that are available to assist their caring role.

Third Wednesday of each month 10am – 12noon. Our Toowoomba Carer Support Group offers a supportive environment where people have the opportunity to talk about their feelings, help explore alternative ways of coping, offer support to other group members, or to simply listen and observe. Connecting with Community Support
Connecting with Community Support workshop provides carers with an opportunity to increase their awareness of how people communicate and what skills are needed at different times with the person you care for. A range of communication strategies will be explored to build carers confidence and skills and assist them to improve relationships now and in the future.
