Do you support someone with mental health needs? Are you interested in connecting with other carers and learning new skills? You are invited to join our Carer Coach Tracey-Lee for a series of 9 in person workshops designed to assist carers. The workshops will: Assist you to build practical skills for navigating the caring role Support you to learn strategies to for your own wellbeing Connect you with other carers who “get it” Provide access local support options and resources Offer tools and insights to help lighten the load and strengthen your confidence Each week a different topic will be covered including: Understanding the Carer Journey What makes for good support Understanding Inclusion and Advocacy Planning Ahead for Yourself Post Crisis and more….
