All you need is a device that is connected to the internet, and we will supply the cards and any support that is required to join in the fun.
To participate in our bingo activity, you will need to register your interest. You can also ask your support worker to register on your behalf.
Our Support Groups offer a supportive environment where people have the opportunity to talk about their feelings, help explore alternative ways of coping, offer support to other group members, or to simply listen and observe. Support groups are also a valuable means of informing carers of Arafmi services and resources that are available to assist their caring role.
Info Session: Medication Information for Carers Join an experienced community pharmacist, over lunch. This session will provide you with general information about medicines and how to safely use them, links to useful resources and an opportunity to ask questions. (Please note this session is providing general information only. For specific questions relating to your individual circumstance, you are encouraged to contact your relevant clinician) This Arafmi Information session is held both online and face-to-face at the same time and we have two ways to RSVP depending on how you would like to attend. You are invited to join us for a relaxed morning of walking and talking. We are meeting outside the Library at Orion Shopping Centre, Spingfield and will then set off for a walk through the park. This is a chance to connect with other carers. If you have any questions and to RSVP, please email us on the link below.
Caring for a loved one with a Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) can bring with it some unique challenges. This support group has been created specifically to support the carers of those with a BPD and is a result of recent feedback from our carers.

This is an introductory workshop for carers about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This session is designed to assist carers to understand what the NDIS is, who is eligible to apply and how to apply for an NDIS package.
