Knowing what to say—or how to say it—can feel difficult at times. This workshop will give you simple, effective tools to improve communication and build a stronger relationship.You’ll learn about the L.E.A.P. method—Listen, Empathise, Agree, Partner—to help you connect in a positive way to reduce conflict.
