This support group provides peer support to people who care for their loved ones experiencing mental illness.

Coffee Connect: West End

Coffee Club West End 209 Boundary Street, West End, Qld, Australia

Join us for a coffee catch-up each Thursday at The Coffee Club in West End. One of our awesome carer support team members will be available from 8am – 10am at a dedicated Arafmi table in the cafe where you can drop in, have a chat and catch up with us and other carers. Borderline Personality Disorder Support Group (Online)

Caring for a loved one with a Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) can bring with it some unique challenges. This support group has been created specifically to support the carers of those with a BPD and is a result of recent feedback from our carers.

Connecting with Community Support workshop provides carers with an opportunity to increase their awareness of how people communicate and what skills are needed at different times with the person you care for. A range of communication strategies will be explored to build carers confidence and skills and assist them to improve relationships now and in the future.
