Our Support Groups offer a supportive environment where people have the opportunity to talk about their feelings, help explore alternative ways of coping, offer support to other group members, or to simply listen and observe. One of our awesome carer support team members will be available from 8am – 10am at a dedicated Arafmi table in the cafe where you can drop in, have a chat and catch up with us and other carers.
