In this session 'Developing a Portable Summary' you will be provided with a template to use to collate relevant details that can be needed by clinicians, service providers and yourself. Recording information centrally can save retelling information over and over and ensure accurate details about a persons history, needs and supports are maintained.
This Workshop: Creating and Maintaining Healthy Personal Boundaries is designed specifically for people who care for a friend or family member with mental health needs. We need boundaries to protect us, put us in charge of our own lives, promote health relationships, independence and reduce stress and conflict. In this workshop we will look at what boundaries are and how and when to practice steps to set personal boundaries.
In this session 'Developing a Stay Well Committee' you will explore what a Stay Well Committee is, the benefits of developing one for you and the person you support and how this can support recovery and wellbeing.
