Carer Information Toolkit Session – Arafmi Carer Gateway Services
This series is designed to equip carers with skills to help them in their caring journey. This session will focus on Arafmi Carer GatewayJoin Pauline and Carer Support Facilitator Sue from the Sunshine Coast, who will provide an overview of the Arafmi Carer Gateway Services and partnership with Wellways to provide Gateway services and supports to mental health carers. The team is located in: Cairns Townsville Rockhampton Gladstone Bundaberg Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Both individual and group Coaching is offered alongside peer support groups. Come along, ask questions, and leave with a clearer idea of what support is out there.This session is designed specifically for family members, kin, young carers, friends and other individuals who support someone experiencing mental ill-health.
