This series is designed to equip carers with skills to help them in their caring journey. This session will focus on Communify. Join us for a practical, down-to-earth session with Communify Queensland. We’ll walk through how Medicare Mental Health Centres work, what support is available, and what to expect when reaching out. You’ll also hear about The Way Back Support Service’s new friends and family program, supporting people after a suicidal crisis. Come along, ask questions, and leave with a clearer idea of what support is out there. This session is designed specifically for family members, kin, young carers, friends and other individuals who support someone experiencing mental ill-health. We are a Queensland-based service.
