In this workshop, explore a model of the caring journey, reflect on your experiences and learn ways to support yourself through challenges.2–hour, free workshop for mental health carers.It doesn’t matter where you’re at in your caring journey, this workshop is for you. Together, we’ll explore a model of what a carer’s journey looks like, then discuss it in relation to your own experience.
