The workshop will provide an opportunity for carers to explore:• How our nervous systems work and how understanding this can help us feel safer, calmer, and more resilient — even in stressful moments.• Practical ways to support wellbeing through simple, body-based practices.• And something really unique — how working alongside horses can support healing, regulation, and connection.Horses are remarkable teachers of presence and authenticity, and they can help us tune into ourselves in ways we might not expect.The day is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and share (during conversations and over lunch) — but only as much as each participant feels comfortable with.
