The retreat will be held at the Glass House Mountains.During your stay, you'll have the option to participate in all the activities listed below, or you can choose to spend some time alone with a member of the carer support team, or simply relax in the grounds, read, and explore.At the retreat you will have the opportunity to:Participate in mindfulness activitiesEnjoy group dinnersTake part in painting activitiesTake a walk through the rainforestMeet and chat with members of the Arafmi Carer Carer Support TeamMeet and chat with other carersAccommodation arrangements:· Each retreat participant has their own private bedroom with linen provided.· There is a range of accommodation types including bungalows which are suitable for couples, single rooms, family rooms and 2 train carriages. All have bathrooms and some have kitchenettes while others have kitchens.
