If you’re 18–25 and helping a friend, sibling, partner or parent experiencing mental ill-health, this free workshop is for you.
Emotional CPR (eCPR) is practical training that teaches you how to support someone through emotional distress, while also looking after your own wellbeing.
eCPR is not about diagnosing or “fixing” someone. It’s about building genuine human connection and confidence in difficult moments.
You’ll learn three core steps:
Connect – Be fully present with someone in distress
Empower – Support them to find their own strength
Revitalise – Help restore hope and wellbeing
eCPR isn’t about “fixing” someone. It’s about building real connection and confidence in difficult moments.
