This session will give you simple, practical tools to feel more confident in supporting the person you care for on their recovery journey – to regain some wellbeing.
You’ll walk away with:
- a clearer understanding of what mental health recovery means
- simple ways to navigate setbacks.

This session is designed specifically for family members, kin, young carers, friends and other individuals who support someone experiencing mental ill-health. We are a Queensland-based service.
