If you’re caring for someone experiencing mental health challenges, we invite you to join our Online Southern Downs Carer Support Group, held via Zoom.

Our online support groups provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, explore alternative coping strategies, support other group members, or simply listen and observe. Support groups are also a valuable means of informing carers of Arafmi services and resources available to assist their caring role.

This group meets on the Third Wednesday of each month, 10am-11am.

To join these support group meetings, you’ll need a device with internet access and a stable connection.

Meeting times are scheduled in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Please note, online carer support groups do not take place on public holidays.
