In this workshop carers identify what supports and connections they need at different points and how to connect to them.
Connecting with community for you and your family workshop identifies what supports and connections carers need at different points and have the opportunity to learn about community supports, resources and funding that could be beneficial now and in the future for themselves and other family members.
This workshop is designed specifically for people who care for a friend or family member with mental health needs.
