If you’re caring for someone experiencing mental ill-health, we invite you to join our Boundaries Practice Group (Online), held via Zoom.
The Boundaries Practice Group supports mental health carers in developing skills and confidence in setting, communicating, and upholding boundaries. It is a facilitated group that provides a space for reflecting on skills and situations, problem-solving and role-playing with peer support. To register for the group, completion of the Creating & Maintaining Personal Healthy Boundaries Workshop is required.
Our Online Support Groups provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, explore alternative coping strategies, support other group members, or simply listen and observe. Support groups are also a valuable means of informing carers of Arafmi services and resources available to assist their caring role.
This group meets on the Fourth Monday of each month, 4:00pm – 5:00pm.
To join these support group meetings, you’ll need a device with internet access and a stable connection.
Meeting times are scheduled in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Please note, online carer support groups do not take place on public holidays.
