Carer Support Groups

Arafmi’s support groups provide mental health carers with a supportive space to connect, share experiences, explore coping strategies and support one another. Held monthly, the groups are available both online and in-person. In-person groups take place in South-East Queensland and regional locations, while online groups focus on shared experiences, such as carers of youth or regional carers. These groups offer a valuable opportunity for carers to connect and reduce isolation.
