Living Well Sessions. Gentle Spaces for Carers to Pause, Connect & Recharge

Caring for someone can often mean putting your own needs aside for long periods of time. Living Well Sessions have been created to offer carers supporting someone experiencing mental health challenges a chance to step away from the everyday pressures of caring and reconnect with themselves, others, and the community around them.

Across June, we’ll be offering a range of relaxed, small-group wellbeing days designed to feel welcoming, calming, and easy to engage with. These sessions focus on simple moments of connection, reflection, creativity, movement, and rest – without pressure or expectation.

Whether you feel like getting outdoors, having a conversation, enjoying a peaceful activity, or simply taking a few hours for yourself, we’d love to welcome you along.

To register your interest, simply submit an EOI (Expression of Interest) for one session day. Please note this is not a confirmed booking.

Before attending, we’ll arrange a short wellbeing conversation to help find the session that best suits you and support a safe, welcoming experience for everyone.

The Living Well Sessions will take place in locations across the greater Brisbane area. Each session offers a gentle space to pause, reconnect, and take some time for yourself.

Wednesday 3 June 2026
EXHALE – Coastal Reset & Nervous System Recovery Day
A calming coastal retreat focused on slowing down, creating breathing space, and supporting gentle emotional release through movement, grounding, and reflection.

Friday 5 June 2026
NOTICE – Art Reflection & Quiet Connection Day
A reflective retreat using art, observation, and quiet conversation to support emotional processing, curiosity, and gentle connection with others.

Tuesday 9 June 2026
HELD – Nature Gathering & Creative Reflection Day
A gentle sensory-based retreat designed to support grounding, reflection and emotional restoration through nature immersion and creative expression.

Thursday 11 June 2026
RECONNECT – Forest Grounding & Gentle Reconnection Day
A forest immersion retreat supporting grounding, emotional steadiness, and nervous system regulation through reflective movement and connection with nature.

Wednesday 17 June 2026
GROW – Community Connection & Gentle Learning Day
A community-based retreat focused on rebuilding confidence, curiosity and emotional reconnection through gentle participation, shared learning and meaningful community engagement.

Special Session for International Men’s Health Week
LIGHTEN – Men’s Reset & Connection Day
A gentle community-based retreat designed to support emotional reset, nervous system regulation, and social reconnection through time outdoors, shared experiences, and relaxed connection without pressure or expectation.

Tuesday 23 June 2026
GROUNDED – Botanical Reflection & Nature Connection Day
A gentle nature-based retreat supporting grounding, sensory regulation, and emotional slowing through movement, reflection, and connection with the environment.

Thursday 25 June 2026
UNFOLD – Journalling & Reflective Reset Day
A quiet reflective retreat focused on emotional expression, journalling, gentle self-reflection and creating space to process thoughts safely and slowly.
