Workshop: The Caregivers Journey

This is an opportunity to explore the unpaid mental health caregiver journey for supporters in Hervey Bay and surrounds. Connect with other caregivers who may have had similar experiences and unpack supports and services available.

When: 1.30pm-3.30pm or 5.00pm-7.00pm, Tuesday 28 April 2026

In this group, you will:

• Connect with other caregivers who may have similar experiences

• To explore skills and knowledge that supports different parts of the caregiver journey

• Investigate supports and services.
