These tools can help to identify common signs of poor mental health and to talk to the person about it.

Help for Mental Health Challenges

These services can help someone who is having mental health challenges. You can also contact them as a family member or friend to get advice.

Supporting someone through mental health challenges can be hard. It can be stressful and confusing and it can feel like you are alone.

There is help for you too. The following services provide family members and friends with information, advice and a supportive and understanding person to talk to.
