Carer Support Groups

You don't have to do this alone. Meet other carers in groups across Queensland and online.

Find a Group That Suits You

Arafmi support groups give mental health carers a safe and respectful space to share experiences and support each other. They can help reduce isolation and build coping skills. Groups are run monthly and are led by trained facilitators.

In-Person Groups

Meet other carers in your local area across Queensland.
